Reference Service

This service is provided with the help of four young social work , two in the morning and two in the afternoon , have previously been instructed in the operation of the library , to use reference materials , dictionaries , encyclopedias and handling encarta and internet, We help the user in finding personal information or consultation . Personally, I find their weekly payments , make a guardianship or letters of lease , etc. Municipalities information . And in their offices receive guidance in meeting their tasks , manage an index, securities or seek information online, book recommendations etc .
Through this service the library makes available reference books : encyclopedias , dictionaries , atlases, almanacs , directories, internet pages , encarta and guides the user on how to consult this material .
Each library can design programs to meet the user according to their expectations and needs. To succeed as a reference librarian must meet the following requirements:
Familiarity with the library collection , organizing the library collection so that the user can find the information easily ,
Signaling the shelf where it is what the person searching , designing brochures for dissemination of information, programs , consultations, activities, events etc. .
Arrange the bulletin board with news, opening hours etc. dates .
Servicio de Referencia
Este servicio se presta con la ayuda de cuatro jóvenes de labor social, dos en la mañana y dos en la tarde, con anterioridad se han instruido en el manejo de la biblioteca, a utilizar el material de referencia, diccionarios, enciclopedias y el manejo de encarta e internet, Ayudamos al usuario en la búsqueda de la información personal o de consulta. En lo personal, buscar sus semanas cotizadas, realizar una tutela o cartas de arrendamiento, información de los Municipios etc. Y  en sus consultas se le orienta en el encuentro de sus tareas, manejar un índice, títulos o buscar la información en internet, recomendaciones de libros etc.
A través de este servicio la biblioteca coloca a disposición las obras de referencia: enciclopedias, diccionarios, atlas, almanaques, directorios, páginas en  internet, encarta y orienta al  Usuario en la forma de consultar este material.
Cada biblioteca puede diseñar programas para satisfacer  al usuario de acuerdo a sus expectativas y necesidades. Para obtener  éxito como  referencista  se deben cumplir  con los siguientes requisitos:
Conocer bien la colección de la biblioteca, organizar la colección bibliográfica de tal manera que el usuario  encuentre la información  fácil,
Señalización de la estantería donde se encuentre lo que la persona busca, diseñar folletos para la divulgación de la información, programas, consultas, actividades, eventos etc.
Organizar el periódico mural, con noticias, fechas horarios de atención etc.
